About the Presenter
Retail sales are declining; less foot traffic and higher online returns. eCart abandonment is over 95% is most industries. Our target market are medium-large retailers who have live chat and are adding video chat and want to take full advantage of increasing sales through personalized shopping.
We created a way to add items into anyone’s eCart during a video/chat. We give stores ability to talk with customers online while creating their eCarts and populating everything while the conversation is happening.
